This role blends deep technical expertise, solution-building skills, and community presence to help developers create smooth, scalable, and high-quality implementations.\n\nYou will work directly with partners, lead technical workshops, create integration-focused resources, and contribute to lighthouse cases—benchmark integrations that inspire both the industry and internal teams.\n\n### RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n* Lead hands-on developer sessions, integration walkthroughs, and partner workshops.\n* Provide technical guidance for both custom integration scenarios and self-service implementations.\n* Support partners in solving integration challenges quickly and effectively, acting as a trusted technical advisor.\n* Develop high-quality technical resources, including: Integration guides, step-by-step tutorials, and sample code. Demo projects, reference implementations, and API usage examples. Recorded video walk throughs, technical webinars, and training sessions.\n* Keep all resources up to date with the latest product features and integration best practices.\n* Work with Product and Developer Relations leadership to deliver lighthouse integration cases—top-tier implementations that showcase the full potential of Xsolla’s solutions.\n* Document and package these integrations as reusable templates and inspiration for other developers.\n* Represent Xsolla at industry events, technical conferences, and meetups.\n* Conduct technical presentations, live demos, and coding sessions that inspire confidence in Xsolla’s integration capabilities.\n* Collect and relay developer feedback on integration processes and tools to Product and Engineering teams.\n* Recommend improvements to SDKs, APIs, and documentation to streamline integration efforts.\n* Track and report on: Number and quality of integrations delivered or supported. Engagement with integration-focused resources. Conversion rates from technical enablement to live integrations.\n\n### QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n\n* 3–5 years in Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Evangelism, ideally in the game industry.\n* Strong technical skills in game development and integration (e.g., Unity, Unreal, backend APIs, payment systems).\n* Experience delivering hands-on technical training, demos, and workshops.\n* Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.\n* Comfort in public speaking and presenting technical content to diverse audiences.\n* Ability to travel for partner visits, conferences, and training events.\n\nThe listed range is specific to Los Angeles, CA and varies based on factors such as location and experience.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:\n\nXsolla is an equal opportunity employer.
