Project description
We are looking for a DevOps Architect with experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry for one of our banking customers in Australia.
Responsibilities
Facilitating the development process and operations.
Identifying setbacks and shortcomings.
Creating suitable DevOps channels across the organization.
Establishing continuous build environments to speed up software development.
Designing efficient practices.
Delivering comprehensive best practices.
Managing and reviewing technical operations.
Guiding the development team
Skills
Must have
15+ years of relevant working experience
Deep hands-on experience with Cloud Services
Deep understanding of DevOps principles and experience with configuring and running CI/CD platforms
Excellent understanding of overall architecture and best practices
Experience in project migration from on-prem to Cloud platform
Disaster Recovery plans and designing of multi-region high availability architectures.
Strong communication skills, and ability to communicate technical solutions to a business audience.
Ability to create clear and to-the-point software solution architecture documents, diagrams, and slides.
Fluent in English
Experience working with customers face to face, leading and driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management, and risk mitigation
