We're looking for a Growth Manager who gets the entire game. Someone who sees traditional search, local discovery, app stores, and the new world of AI-powered answers not as separate channels, but as a connected universe of opportunity. This isn't about chasing algorithms; it's about building an organic growth engine that makes the entire PhonePe Group the most discovered and trusted name in India's digital life.
Your mission is to architect the PhonePe Group's entire organic footprint for today and tomorrow. You'll be the brain behind our discovery strategy, the master of our local presence, and the champion of our apps in the marketplaces. You will master the art of ensuring the right user discovers the right solution from our ecosystem, at the perfect moment.
Level 1: The Audit. Jump in and map our entire organic universe. You'll conduct a full portfolio audit across SEO, AEO, Local, and ASO, presenting a "Here's where we win, and here's the future we need to build" plan.
Level 2: The Quick Wins. You'll deploy the high-impact fixes first. You’ll optimize our top-level local listings, refresh our app store metadata, and capture low-hanging fruit in the world of answer engine optimization.
Level 3: The Long Game. You’ll launch your first major strategic initiative. This could be a new hyperlocal content strategy, a systematic A/B testing plan for our app store visuals, or our first official experiment in Generative Engine Optimization.
...has been deep in the organic growth game for 3-5+ years and has a portfolio of wins, ideally with experience managing multiple brands or a large, complex company.
...thinks in ecosystems, not just single channels.
...sees technical SEO, a perfectly optimized local listing, and a high-converting app screenshot as three forms of the same art.
...is a tool master. You know your way around industry-standard SEO tools (for crawling, analytics, and backlink analysis) and leading ASO intelligence platforms.
...is obsessed with not just ranking, but becoming the answer, and is genuinely excited to pioneer strategy for the new frontier of generative AI search.
...is a natural collaborator who can speak the language of engineers, product managers, and content creators across multiple business units.
