Essential Responsibilities:

  • Establish overall business or technical strategy for the business operations of aligned organization.
  • Influence decisions as an advisor or counsel to business leadership.
  • Drive strategic objectives and ensure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Optimize workflows and drive process improvements to enhance organizational performance.
  • Drive and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to address gaps in business and operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leaders across sales, marketing, product, data analytics, HR, and finance on a diverse set of initiatives supporting the business operations for SMB and the Partner organization
  • Compile, monitor and analyze key dashboards and determine root cause and progress to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on market insights and data analysis.
  • Partner with the SVP and their team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve business processes and drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies by leveraging AI and automation to increase efficiency & identify growth opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders & senior executives to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation to support business operations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact business operations.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a general management skillset, will excel at setting up processes designed for scale, and will be comfortable with analytics, modeling and data-based insights
  • This individual should know how to coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional partners, and have a strong grasp of business economics and P&Ls
  • A deep sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship is essential
  • 10+ years of revenue operations, strategy, program management, or business operations experience
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in applying AI to real-world business challenges, with a proven track record of using AI-driven tools or insights to improve efficiency
  • Business acumen and a strong understanding of product strategy
  • Excel at identifying business opportunities and navigating commercial challenges
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, and experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate, present, and craft compelling narratives to influence internal and external technical and business stakeholders across diverse teams at all levels
  • Ability to effectively model, manipulate data and work with analytics tools turning them into insightful business recommendations to optimize strategy
  • Ability to work independently and drive strategic projects from ideation to execution in a highly matrixed global organization
