Job Description

Bounteous x Accolite is seeking a Director, Client Service with extensive experience in the Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors to join their UK and European team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance value propositions and drive a unified go-to-market strategy. The Director will act as a strategic ambassador, engaging with senior executive clients to champion the regional vision and expand market presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic business builder with proven expertise in enterprise sales across TMT, capable of opening new markets and achieving sustainable revenue growth.
Good To Have:
  • Proven track record of new sales success and revenue growth in the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors.
  • Extensive understanding of the UK/European TMT market with strong C-level executive relationships.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to co-create innovative propositions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with an outstanding executive presence.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating across distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication for client proposals and strategic presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and expand into new buying centers.

  • Own revenue generation goals, including order book closure and annual revenue.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of go-to-market and operational plans.
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions and tailored solutions.
  • Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Increase penetration into multiple buying centers within existing client organizations.
  • Serve as a strategic ambassador for Bounteous x Accolite in the UK and European markets.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and deliver measurable growth by opening accounts in the UK and Europe within the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors
  • Own revenue generation goals, including order book closure and annual revenue earned for the region
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders, positioning Bounteous x Accolite as a trusted digital transformation partner
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of go-to-market and operational plans to expand market presence and increase share of wallet in target accounts
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams (Growth, Client Partners, Practices, and Delivery) to develop compelling value propositions, innovative offerings, and tailored solutions for clients
  • Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, generate new leads, and contribute to thought leadership in the TMT sector
  • Increase penetration into multiple buying centers within existing client organizations, ensuring long-term account growth and client satisfaction
  • Serve as a strategic ambassador for Bounteous x Accolite in the UK and European markets, engaging in industry events, conferences, and client forums to expand presence and influence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of new sales success and revenue growth in the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors
  • Extensive understanding of the UK/European TMT market, with strong C-level executive relationships and references to build pipeline
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to co-create innovative propositions in partnership with delivery and practice teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with an outstanding executive presence and comfort engaging senior decision-makers
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating across distributed teams in remote or global environments
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to author client proposals, strategic presentations, and market-facing material
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and expand into new buying centers within complex accounts

Location & Travel Requirements

  • Base location: London
  • Must be on-site with client in London 2–3 days per week; remaining time may be remote or at Bounteous x Accolite offices (based in London)
  • Occasional travel across the UK/Europe may be required for client development and industry events
