Sprinklr is seeking a Partnership Director to support and grow strategic technology partnerships within our global Alliance & Channel Ecosystem. This role will focus on managing key partner relationships, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and contributing to partner-sourced revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in partnerships and sales, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and execute strategic programs.

  • Identify market trends and customer needs to support the development of new joint solutions and offerings.
  • Track partner performance, manage reporting, and ensure consistent communication across stakeholders.
  • 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally in the SaaS or enterprise technology space.
  • Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive joint business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Job Description

Sprinklr is seeking a Partnership Director to support and grow strategic technology partnerships within our global Alliance & Channel Ecosystem. Reporting to the Vice President of Technology Alliances, this role will focus on managing key partner relationships, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and contributing to partner-sourced revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in partnerships and sales, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and execute strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Strategic Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key technology partners. Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring alignment on goals, initiatives, and execution plans.
  • Support Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to launch joint offerings, campaigns, and enablement programs. Help define and implement processes that drive efficiency and impact.
  • Drive Partner-Sourced Revenue: Work with partners and Sprinklr sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities. Support pipeline development and help accelerate deal progression through joint engagement strategies.
  • Contribute to Program Innovation: Identify market trends and customer needs that can be addressed through partnerships. Support the development of new joint solutions and offerings that differentiate Sprinklr in the market.
  • Operational Excellence: Track partner performance, manage reporting, and ensure consistent communication across stakeholders. Help refine internal workflows and partner engagement models.

Skills & Experience:

  • 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally in the SaaS or enterprise technology space
  • Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive joint business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience in pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Experience working in a global environment is a plus

Compensation Range

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
