Director, Global Procurement

What You'll Do

Key focus areas include:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of key procurement strategies across all organization-wide indirect spend.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Drive Strategic Sourcing and optimization activities, collaborating with senior stakeholders.

• Global Reach: Lead and support the global Strategic Sourcing Process and Procurement network for Indirect Planning, Definition, Proposition, and Execution.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of company-wide procurement processes and partner with leadership at all levels to foster impactful, efficient, and cost-effective vendor relationships.

• Sourcing Excellence: Oversee sourcing, negotiating, and contracting activities, focusing on value and efficiencies.

• Financial Responsibility: Ensure the effective use of budgets and maintain a focus on driving savings and value.

• Policy Development: Drive procurement strategy and policy in key spend areas, with a keen eye on enhancing process support for efficiency.

• Collaborative Advisor: Work effectively with cross-functional teams as a trusted advisor, shaping product/service specifications and projected demand.

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our head office in North Ryde with free onsite parking provided, with the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
