Job Description & Summary

PwC Consulting is looking for an experienced profile (M/F) for its Neuilly-sur-Seine office, with over 10 years of experience in consulting, including at least two in the Health sector, to join and contribute to the development of the Health activity.

As a Director (M/F), you will be involved in developing activities with public or private players in the Health sector: Health industrialists (pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, biotechs, healthtechs, etc.), establishments or health policy institutions.

What you can expect from us:

Within PwC's Consulting activity, you will work on operational strategy missions on various issues, with different types of clients, such as:

For Health industries:

• Strategy and support for the launch of a new drug / medical device
• Evolution of the customer engagement model (go-to-market strategy)
• Business-modeling
• Improvement of operational performance (reorganization, review of governance, processes, etc.)

For establishments:

• Hospital strategy (establishment project), shared medical project
• Financial issues, hospital performance
• Support for hospital reorganization

For health policy actors:

• Definition of public policies (PRS, PRSE, prospective study, etc.),
• Support for implementation (strategic plan monitoring),
• Evaluation of public policies, devices or public health actions.

You will work in collaboration with all PwC France service lines (functional practices of Management Consulting, Data, Sustainable Development, Manufacturing, Deals) and, occasionally, PwC's international network offices (present in over 170 countries).

To strengthen our team dedicated to the Health sector and take an active part in our growth project in this strategic industry for PwC, you will:

• Participate proactively in business development: identification and development of opportunities, drafting and defending commercial proposals
• Successfully lead client missions: perform analyses, develop deliverables, manage client relationships, present reports
• Oversee missions with the entire team assigned to projects, in particular you will supervise consultants

What we expect from you:

You are a graduate of a program:

• Higher medical (Pharmacist, Veterinarian, Doctor), complemented by a marketing/business master's from a leading business school,
• In an engineering school
• In a leading business school with ideally a specialization in Health
• In IEP/Sciences Po with a specialization in Health.

You have over 10 years of professional experience in a strategy/management consulting firm, including at least 5 years for clients in the Health sector; this experience has led you to evolve in European environments at a minimum.

You have demonstrated your ability to manage and motivate a team, and to develop client trust through the quality of your achievements.

You are a good communicator and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

You are dynamic, rigorous, curious, and empathetic and have a genuine interest in the challenges faced by health industry players and the current transformations of the healthcare system.

You have a perfect command of French and English (written, oral)
