Our best-in-class Strategy & Operational Effectiveness team has overarching responsibility for driving consistent excellence in strategic planning, program and project execution, financial and asset management, M&A integration, and enterprise architecture across global IT.

What do we want to know about you?
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in IT strategy, business/technology alignment, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-year technology strategies
- Experience with strategic performance measurement and KPI development
- Excellent facilitation skills with ability to lead strategic planning sessions with senior leaders
- Proven ability to influence organizational decisions through clear communication, persuasive storytelling, and building agreement among diverse groups
- Expert written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence complex organizational decisions through strategic communication, compelling storytelling, and the capacity to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to influence without direct authority across organizational boundaries
- Must be able and willing to travel as needed (typically <10%)
We would love it if you had:
- MBA or Master's degree in related field
- Experience with strategic planning methodologies and frameworks (i.e. Balanced Scorecards, OKRs, McKinsey 7S Model, SWOT Analysis, Blue Ocean Strategy, Porter’s Five Forces, etc.)
- Background in technology investment analysis and business case development
- Proven experience with ServiceNow and PowerBI, using these platforms to develop comprehensive strategic dashboards, performance metrics, and actionable business intelligence reports
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and technology road mapping
What will your typical day look like?
- Drive organizational alignment by continuously identifying, connecting, and amplifying cross-functional IT initiatives, creating a unified strategic approach that maximizes resource utilization and eliminates operational silos
- Orchestrate the IT's strategic planning process driving, while providing data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making across IT and business leadership
- Own and orchestrate IT's adaptive strategy process, ensuring regular evaluation of market trends, emerging technologies, and business needs to pivot strategic initiatives, while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining fiscal discipline within established guardrails
- Proactively assess and recognize strategic risks and opportunities across the IT landscape, creating data-driven action plans, developing comprehensive mitigation strategies and actionable plans to maximize IT and business value
- Facilitate and ensure cross-functional collaboration between IT sub-groups (business applications, data and analytics, infrastructure, and international teams) to ensure cohesion and alignment of strategic IT initiatives
- Serve as IT representative in executive and departmental staff meetings to promote strategic alignment, share insights, and foster partnership across IT business units
- Partner across IT groups to design, implement, and evolve performance measurement frameworks that not only track operational effectiveness, but actively identify improvement opportunities, optimize resources, and quantify IT's strategic impact
- Partner with PMO to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment across IT sub-groups, ensuring cohesive communication, synchronized initiatives, and unified approach to technology strategy implementation
- Design and execute monthly and quarterly IT leadership operational review meetings, ensuring consistent tracking of strategic initiatives and KPIs
- Partner with Communications and IT Leadership teams to plan and deliver compelling Quarterly All Hands meetings that reinforce strategic priorities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of IT, Strategy & Operational Effectiveness providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making and shape IT's strategic direction
- Lead special strategic projects as assigned by the VP of IT, Strategy & Operational Effectiveness
- Partner with IT teams to create and communicate impactful business value stories, helping translate technical initiatives into measurable business outcomes, and developing compelling narratives that demonstrate IT's strategic value to stakeholders

Work Environment:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $117,900.00-$168,000.00. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
