Responsibilities:

• Manage mailroom services and handle phone inquiries
• Collect internal/external mail and packages and send them to designated departments
• Assist with postage stamping for outgoing mail and arrange courier companies to deliver mail
• Go out to deliver documents when needed

Qualifications:

• Chinese and English computer operation
• Good communication skills
