Engineer – Technical Support (Immersive Audio)
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves installing, troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing professional audio equipment, including cinema audio systems. The responsibilities include crimping and soldering cables, training field engineers and end-users, assisting the sales team with technical aspects, and maintaining a customer database. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of audio equipment and PCB repair, possess an ITI/Diploma in a relevant field, and have experience ranging from 0 to 2 years. Knowledge of computer hardware and networking is a plus. The candidate must be prepared to travel across India. The role is based in Chennai (Guindy).
Must have:
- Basic knowledge of audio equipment and PCB repair.
- ITI/Diploma from a relevant field.
Good to have:
- Knowledge in computer Hardware and Networking.

Job Details
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installation of Cinema Audio equipment
- Troubleshooting and Calibration of Professional Audio equipment
- Repairing & servicing professional Audio Equipments
- Crimping and soldering Cables as per the requirements provided by various department
- Training field engineers & end user
- Helping sales team on pre sales calls for closing the deal on tech front
- Preparing Cables & connectors for installation (soldering Connectors & Crimping)
- Maintain customer Database
Prerequisite
- Candidate Must have basic knowledge about Audio Equipment & PCB repairing
- ITI / Diploma from relevant field with Minimum 0-2 year experience
- Knowledge in computer Hardware and Networking is also an added advantage
- Ready to travel across India
