The Engineering Manager will lead and support a team of seven engineers, overseeing daily operations and ensuring collaboration. Responsibilities include facilitating standups, conducting one-on-one meetings, managing hiring and onboarding, providing technical support and mentorship, participating in code reviews, leading technical discussions, monitoring system health, planning sprints, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating cross-functionally, contributing to engineering strategy, supporting career growth, and maintaining stakeholder communication. The role also involves planning and managing sprints and roadmap execution.
Must have:
- Solid experience in mobile application development
- Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams
- Ability to lead with transparency, inspiration, and trust
- Strong communication skills
- Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies
Good to have:
- Experience with React Native
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and support a team of seven engineers. In this role, you'll take ownership of the team's daily operations, establish and maintain effective processes, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Management & Support:
- Facilitate daily standups
- Conduct one-to-one meetings with team members
- Oversee hiring and onboarding processes
- Provide technical support and mentorship
Technical & Project Oversight:
- Participate in code reviews and pull request approvals
- Lead technical discussions and discovery sessions
- Monitor system health and manage incidents
Process & Execution:
- Plan and manage sprints and roadmap execution
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
Strategy & Leadership:
- Contribute to the engineering strategy
- Support career growth and conduct performance reviews
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Essential Skills:
- Solid experience in mobile application development
- Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams

- Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge and guide the team when needed
- Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies
