The Customer Growth and Experience (CGX) team at Plaid is responsible for the entire developer and customer lifecycle, from initial contact to ongoing success. The Customer Platform team, within the CGX organization, manages the core components of the customer journey. This includes ownership of our main dashboard systems, the infrastructure for evaluating customer risk, and the orchestration required to manage the fundamental "customer" entities at Plaid. This role is for an Engineering Manager leading the Customer Foundations.
