Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technology Architect to lead large-scale Digital Engineering Transformation programs that connect Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations through a Digital Thread spanning PLM - ALM - ERP - MES/MOM - OT/IIoT and downstream service. The ideal leader combines deep hands-on expertise in PLM platforms (Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Aras, open-source PLM) with modern integration, data, and platform engineering skills. You will define end-to-end reference architectures, govern implementation at scale, and anchor domain-led transformation (Aero, Auto, Industrial, CPG, MedTech, Energy, etc.) with measurable business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Architecture & Strategy: - Define the Digital Thread strategy and reference architecture across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service - covering data models (eBOM/mBOM/sBOM), process orchestration, configuration/change management (ECM/ECR), variant management, and traceability. - Architect enterprise-scale PLM landscapes (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras, OpenPLM) and their integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES/MOM, ALM, QMS, IIoT platforms, data platforms (lake/mesh), and analytics/AI stacks. - Establish governance models, maturity roadmaps, and transformation playbooks for brownfield and greenfield programs, including M&A harmonization, master data convergence, and standardization of engineering processes. 2. Integration & Platforms: - Lead design of microservices/event-driven integration patterns, API-first architectures, Kafka/AMQP, and OSIsoft/OPC UA/MQTT-based OT data pipelines mapped to ISA-95/ISA-88. - Drive harmonized data semantics, ontologies, knowledge graphs, engineering taxonomies, and metadata strategies underpinning the Digital Thread. - Oversee model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and model-based definition (MBD) adoption (SysML/Cameo/Capella), ensuring alignment of requirements- models - test - verification/validation. 3. Delivery Leadership: - Act as chief architect across multi-year programs, owning NFRs (scalability, performance, cyber-security, compliance) and ensuring architectural conformance during delivery. - Run architecture boards / design authorities, conduct solution assurance reviews, and mentor solution/enterprise architects and engineering leads. - Define KPIs & value metrics (e.g., engineering change cycle time reduction, BOM/BOP synchronization accuracy, first-time-right rate, reuse %, time-to-industrialize, SoP readiness). 4.
