Job Details

Job Description: We’re on the lookout for a top-tier Executive Assistant to support our Media CEO, based in Sydney. This is a temporary opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in high-pressure environments and has a proven track record supporting C-suite executives in large, complex organisations.

About the Role:

You’ll act as a trusted partner—managing schedules, communications, and stakeholder relationships with precision and professionalism. This role also involves representing the Media CEO in high-level settings, including presentations and meetings with top-tier clients and collaborating with a strong network of EAs across the business and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting logistics
  • Liaise with internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and briefing materials
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and events with senior clients and partners
  • Build strong relationships with other EAs to ensure seamless coordination across the organisation
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Day to day:
  • Provides and often leads a full range of highly confidential /administrative support, exercising sensitivity, tact and diplomacy
  • Acts as first point of contact for all queries - screen, redirect and action all incoming matters, following up where required
  • Prepares complex correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. using business software applications
  • Receives and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail, prioritising communications as appropriate
  • Responsible for maintaining files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements and tracks expenses
  • Participates in the development and implementation of administrative standards, policies and practices

  • Extensive experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a large, complex organisation
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Skilled at building relationships and navigating corporate networks
  • Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Tech-savvy with excellent MS Office and digital collaboration tools
  • Available immediately and ready to make an impact

This opportunity is available immediately on a Temp basis, with a view to converting to permanent in 3-6 months. We are seeking someone with proven success navigating high pressure, time sensitive environments with high profile stakeholders.
