Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role requires a reliable professional who can manage administrative tasks with efficiency and confidentiality while helping maintain a smooth and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Assist in project coordination and task tracking
Perform general administrative duties including filing, organizing, and data entry
Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
