Job Description
You will be the Scrum Master for an international team (Belgium and Taiwan) focused on DevOps, infrastructure, and security, working for a leading global technology company. In this role, you will coach the team to become more self-organized, remove obstacles, facilitate agile ceremonies, ensure processes are followed, and help with backlog prioritization. The main stakeholders are IT, the Security Office, and R&D management.
Good To Have:
- Proficiency in Python is a plus.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries.
- Ability to explain technical topics to a variety of stakeholders.
Must Have:
- Coach the team to become more self-organized and autonomous.
- Remove obstacles that hinder progress.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, refinements, retrospectives), ensuring the team stays productive and focused on priorities.
- Ensure that processes (such as Definition of Done) are followed.
- Help the Product Owner with backlog prioritization.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in an agile (Scrum or Kanban) environment.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and/or security (cybersecurity or product security).
- Comfortable working in an international, multicultural context.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team facilitation skills.
