Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. Your role involves overseeing the software development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead software development projects effectively - Implement best practices for software development - Mentor junior team members for skill development Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies and methodologies in software development - Hands-on experience in end-to-end software development - Expertise in problem-solving and decision-making Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in PTC Windchill - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
