Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the implementation of solutions, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in discussions to address challenges and explore innovative approaches to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with application lifecycle management tools. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their implementation. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - A 15 years full time education is required.
