R&D PRODUCT ENGINEER

The R&D Product Engineer will validate and develop test programs to verify product performance from design to mass production in the RF semiconductor industry. This involves collaborating with R&D to ensure appropriate test code algorithms and conditions are developed, and verifying material performance and specification compliance. Production experience is a plus.

Must Have

• 7+ years of product engineering experience in the RF semiconductor industry (e.g., PA, LNA, switch, filter) or related backend.
• Good skills in data analysis and characterization.
• Effective written and spoken interpersonal skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree (or above) in Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar disciplines.

Good to Have

• Programming language skills (Python, Java, C/C++, C#, JavaScript, Go, Cotlin, Swift, etc.).
• Software tools and collaboration skills (GitHub/Jira/smartsheet).
• RF measurements and characterisation skills.
• Production experience.
• MSc/PhD degree.

Description

The main role is to validate and develop test programs that can properly verify the product's performance until it is designed and mass-produced. Working with R&D to verify the legitimacy of the program and to ensure that appropriate test code algorithms and test conditions are developed. It is to ensure that there are no problems with the performance/characteristics of each material and to ensure that the specifications are met when made into the product. (Production experience is plus)

Education

bachelor's degree (or above) in Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar disciplines.

Msc/PhD is a plus
