Job Summary
CSG is looking for a Product Owner to act as the feature authority for one or more Agile teams. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure features deliver intended business value. The Product Owner will define user stories, prioritize the backlog, and guide their team through planning and execution, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and quality.
Must Have
- Translate feature requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the team backlog to align with business objectives.
- Lead iteration planning and provide real-time clarification during development.
- Participate in PI Planning, system demos, and release note reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and quality.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- 3–5 years as a Product Owner managing teams developing on technologies such as JSON-based APIs, .NET, AngularJS, iOS, or Android.
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with B2C and B2B applications.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across dynamic teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with technical documentation.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
