Heat and energy are our contribution to quality of life – every day anew.
As BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH, we supply the capital with climate-friendly electricity and heat. Our district heating network, with a length of more than 2,000 kilometers, is the largest in Western Europe. We supply about a third of Berlin households with heat.
With the expertise of our good 2,200 employees, we cover the entire value chain of district heating – from generation to network operation and expansion to sales. We are working at full speed on the coal phase-out by 2030 and climate-neutral generation from 2045. In doing so, we significantly support the state of Berlin in achieving its climate goals.
On the way there, we want to realize a higher proportion of renewable energies and waste heat. To do this, we need to redesign many of our sites and facilities. For this challenge and the associated tasks, we need people who are fully committed to our common goal of a local heat transition – people like you.
For BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH, we are looking for you as soon as possible as an Expert for technical documentation in the power plant at the Berlin location in an indefinite employment.
Technical documentation and technical data should be provided to all users as needed, in high quality, and independently of time and place. For the combined heat and power plant and heating plant conversion and new construction projects, as well as projects for life-extending measures and dismantling projects, you are responsible for the quality control and transfer of documentation and data on the operator's side. You manage the transfer of documentation into the document management system. In doing so, you help shape internal processes, identify improvement potential, and establish these within the business unit.
