Job Description

Performs the export administration and distribution activities for his/her area to ensure internal and external partner and customer satisfaction in line with the procedures, the guidelines, KPI, import/export regulations and in close collaboration with the other departments. Perimeter can include raw materials, services and reverse logistic. Primary duties include managing international client and partner export flows, organizing transportation (land, sea, air), handling export documentation, resolving logistics complaints, ensuring product availability, and collaborating with replenishment planners. The role also involves maintaining master data, analyzing KPIs, leading governance, supporting team members, and actively participating in continuous improvement.
Must have:
  • Manage and optimize the export flow of your international client and partner portfolio
  • Organize and coordinate transportation (land, sea, air) with our service providers
  • Manage all necessary export documentation
  • Handle logistics complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Anticipate needs and ensure product availability through proactive communication and rigorous customer relationship management
  • Ensure alignment and communication with business decision makers
  • Work collaboratively with Replenishment Planner to ensure consistent and effective replenishment of subsidiaries
  • Maintain basic master data related to your flow
  • Analyze KPI related to your flow, searching for root cause and proposing action plans
  • Lead appropriate governance / SIM / Community
  • Support other team members for back-ups
  • Actively participate in a continuous improvement process, proposing innovative solutions
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in French

Position Summary:

Performs the export administration and distribution activities for his/her area to ensure internal and external partner and customer satisfaction in line with the procedures, the guidelines, KPI, import/export regulations and in close collaboration with the other departments. Primary Duties:

1. Manage and optimize the export flow of your international client and partner portfolio with complete autonomy, ensuring smooth and efficient management in a constantly changing environment.

2. Organize and coordinate transportation (land, sea, air) with our service providers, incorporating a responsible and sustainable approach.

3. Manage all necessary export documentation with rigor and efficiency.

4. Handle logistics complaints and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.

5. Anticipate needs and ensure product availability through proactive communication and rigorous customer relationship management.

6. Ensure alignment and communication with business decision makers

7. Work collaboratively with Replenishment Planner to ensure consistent and effective replenishment of subsidiaries

8. Maintain basic master data related to your flow

9. Analyze KPI related to your flow, searching for root cause and proposing action plans where appropriate

10. Lead appropriate governance / SIM / Community.

11. Support other team members for back-ups

12. Actively participate in a continuous improvement process, proposing innovative solutions to optimize our processes and reduce wasted time and energy.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business, with 2 years of experience in planning, inventory management or logistics flows experience, or Associate's Degree in Supply Chain or Business with 4 years experience in planning, inventory management or logistics flows experience .

2. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and resolve unexpected challenges.

3. Thorough understanding and adherence to processes in Logistics, Customs, Shipping, Transportation, and International Trade.

4. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a talent for coordination and clear communication.

5. Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to monitoring and improving KPIs.

6. Skilled in impact analysis, solution development, and leading action plans.

7. Capable of facilitating cross-functional teamwork in complex scenarios, with an innovative and influential approach to problem-solving.

8. Curious and motivated to thrive in a diverse, international, and multicultural setting.

9. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset.

10. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
