Job Description
The Senior Supervisor Warehouse at Fanatec in Almere, Netherlands, is responsible for overseeing daily shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The position requires 3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, production, and inventory control, along with team leadership experience.
Must Have:
- 3-5 years shipping/receiving experience
- 3-5 years team leadership experience
- Data analysis and shopfloor translation
- E-tailer/Retailer experience (Amazon, BestBuy)
- Excellent communication skills
- MHE certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, international shipping
- ERP system experience (Oracle 12 a plus)

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Responsible for executing the daily shipping & receiving tasks including but not limited to:
- Material Shipments & Receipts
- Order picking and packaging
- Inventory Management
- Email/Phone Communication
- Carrier tracking and pick up/delivery planning
- Organize the workload to ensure high output and consistency throughout the team and performance is in-line with department goals.
- Coordinate daily activities for the WH Leads to ensure all teams are in sync.
- Informs WH Manager of any staff issues including, attendance, complaints and conflicts.
- Manage and organize the resourceplanning in line with budget and workload
- Manage and organize all shipping & receiving documentation, in-line with audit compliance.
- Support quarterly and end of Year Physical Inventory counts including coordinating the count sheets, distributing the sheets to the counters, collecting and logging count sheets, supporting WH Managers needs.
- Support documention requests from finance for audit purposes.
- Particepates in new hire interview process and provides input on best candidates.
- Responsible for training and integration of new hires.
- Responsible for supplying designated daily/weekly processing reports to manager.
- Ensures compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics & Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies & Procedures, and Legal & Ethical business practices as well as Operating Procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of Shipping & Receiving, production and inventory control experience
- 3-5 years experience in team leadership role
- Data driven, able to translate data to shopfloor
- Experience with major E-tailer/Retailers like Amazon, BestBuy and Frys
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team and management
- Demonstrated professionalism in working with management and suppliers
- Ability to motivate and build teamwork and moral
- Ability to design, create and maintain SOP’s, ensuring they’re always up-to-date
- Proficiency in Excel, ability to create reporting and visualization of data
- Willingness to work, nights, weekends and occasional holidays if the business needs it
- Experience with UPS, FedEx and Inernational shipment transactions
- Experience with ERP systems; Oracle 12 knowledge is a plus
- Certified (or willing to become certified) for driving MHE (EPT, FL Truck, Reach Truck)
