Role Overview:
Responsible for managing order to cash process for NA region.
About the role:
- Performs key activities and problem solving activities related to broad business operations.
- Order to cash end-to-end process, including order management, licensing, provisioning, assets & entitlements, royalties, returns, tech support replacements, logistics, and billing.
- Conducts these activities across a range of go-to-market motions.
- Partners cross-functionally leading problem solving and issue resolution related to order complexity – with sales, channel, legal, deal desk, revenue, product management, finance, and sales operations.
- Works closely with key channel partners building relationships, enabling, and working together important initiatives.
- Collaborates with IT on process and systems improvements.
About you:
- Graduation in any discipline, preferably commerce/business administration.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations related roles in multinational companies.
- Good communication skills: Fluency in English is a must
- Advanced computer skills (Google apps) and CRM related systems.
- Strong work ethic & organizational skills
- Analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Prioritization, attention to detail and task management skills.
