Role Overview:

Trellix is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test to join our XDR Engineering team. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and executing test suites with focus on Trellix API platform. The role requires proficiency in AWS and automation testing frameworks.

About the Role:

• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.
• Identify, analyze, and document bugs found during testing.
• Work with developers and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues and ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes and tools.

About You:

• Candidate should have 5 – 8 years working experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
• Proficient in automation testing frameworks (any of Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Excellent knowledge of AWS especially services like Lambda and EKS.
• A fair level of proficiency in Java and Node.js
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD process and instrumenting full SDLC automation with tools like Jenkins or Team City or GitHub Actions.
• Experienced in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and can work with minimal guidance. Knows what needs to be done to meet delivery timelines, acts with urgency as needed.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively both within a team and cross-group to drive identification and resolution of issues to ship under tight deadlines.
