Job Summary
IGT is seeking a Business Process Analyst III to strengthen enterprise-wide reporting accuracy, operational insights, and continuous improvement across the Quality function. This role involves developing and maintaining standardized KPI reporting, governing data accuracy, delivering actionable insights, leading problem-solving initiatives, and supporting ISO 9001, 14001, and CTPAT reporting and audit needs. The position drives meaningful impact on operational performance, cost-reduction, and compliance readiness.
Must Have
- Own, develop, and distribute Quality Scorecards, KPI packages, dashboards, and standardized visualizations.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on COPQ reduction, CN/IN process optimization, root-cause analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards, reporting cadences, and source-of-truth alignment.
- Provide high-fidelity analytics, trending, forecasting, and decision-support modeling.
- Support ISO 9001, 14001 and CTPAT audit preparation, reporting requirements, and QMS/EMS maturity.
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities, ensuring prioritization and alignment.
- Represent the Quality function in enterprise working groups, product/process reviews, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate across Quality to align data definitions, reporting methods, and improvement priorities.
- Resolve ambiguous data sources and inconsistent reporting definitions.
- Synthesize large datasets to identify trends, COPQ drivers, process gaps, and defect root causes.
- Benchmark competitors’ quality expectations and industry best practices.
- Navigate environmental complexity created by multiple data owners, global operations, and evolving compliance expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Quality, or related field.
- Proven experience in business process analysis, operational analytics, or quality/continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and automate KPI reporting, dashboards, and data governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, KPI structures, and industry-standard quality methodologies.
- Expertise in data governance, reporting integrity, and ISO 9001, 14001 and CTPAT performance requirements.
- Ability to address complex operational and analytical challenges.
- Ability to synthesize large datasets, identify trends, correct discrepancies, and create systems that prevent recurrence.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical analytics into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
IGT is seeking a Business Process Analyst III to strengthen enterprise-wide reporting accuracy, operational insights, and continuous improvement across the Quality function. This role develops and maintains standardized KPI reporting, governs data accuracy across multiple Quality groups, and delivers actionable insights that enable informed decision-making. The position also leads structured problem-solving initiatives, supports ISO 9001, 14001 and CTPAT reporting and audit needs, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reduce COPQ, and sustain Quality Management System maturity.
In this capacity, the Business Process Analyst III supports IGT’s commitment to disciplined compliance and continuous improvement while driving meaningful impact on operational performance, cost-reduction capability, and enterprise-wide reporting accuracy. The role helps shape leadership decisions, strengthens compliance readiness, supports project prioritization, and enables faster response to emerging defects or operational risks across multiple upstream/downstream departments.

- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on COPQ reduction, CN/IN process optimization, root-cause analysis, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business process analysis, operational analytics, or quality/continuous improvement within a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and automate KPI reporting, dashboards, and data governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, KPI structures, and industry-standard quality methodologies.
- Expertise in data governance, reporting integrity, and ISO 9001, 14001 and CTPAT performance requirements.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,177/yr - $156,700/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
