Job Details:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist to provide advanced technical support to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Learn to analyze complex issues using sophisticated diagnostic tools, schematics, and operator manuals to identify root causes and implement creative solutions that deviate from standard practices as necessary.
- Learn and apply knowledge of both TES equipment and field operations support practices to assess and resolve a wide range of challenges.
- Learn to document and maintain accurate records of field operations support activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to build productive relationships, clarify requirements, and influence outcomes.
- Adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Proactively participate in the development and improvement of work-flow/ processes and operational strategies.
- Understand and support equipment upgrades, modifications, and enhancements to meet evolving client needs and industry standards.
- Conduct internal quality reviews from field support activities and providing feedback and recommendations to maintain high standards of performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met by tracking and resolving field support challenges within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform any reasonable work assigned.
