We're looking for an FP&A Analyst! This isn’t your typical FP&A role. Our company doesn’t do or leverage debt, and we were built on the financial principle that we move at the speed of cash. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong skills and experience in the areas of financial strategy, analysis, forecasting, data strategy and daily operations.

What Winning Looks Like:

Timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and projections for the squads and Digital Marketing Leadership Team
Improved financial models over time lead to our Digital Marketing team making well-informed, data driven decisions
Business units are able to identity the highest value opportunities and act on them with confidence

Skills Needed to Win:

+3 years' experience in the areas of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with NetSuite, Klaviyo or similar accounting tools
