We’re looking for a Senior Game Data Analyst in London to join our live ops & monetization pod in one of our live games. You will help the team develop the operations further, ask questions that have not been asked, and help the game team make hypothesis driven decisions. You are capable of solving problems from the formulation of it, to defining and interpreting the data collected, and also clearly and effectively communicating your results.
As an essential part of the team, your main focus is analysing and interpreting data about the monetization performance of the game. In addition you will be coworking with the company wide data & analytics team, and a strong team of fellow product scientists and data engineers, to improve how we can use data to improve the whole company, and all of its products.

Responsibilities
Help make our games even better!
Understand how the game is played and identify impact and growth opportunities
Support your team in their day-to-day needs: facts, ideas, monitoring and assessing impact of decisions
Proactively come up with actionable analyses across liveops and monetization
Use sound analytics to improve our games
Collaborate with other scientists and engineers to expand the ways we are using our data to improve our games
Requirements
Several years of experience working as a product analyst or similar role in the games or adjacent industry
Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to own analytics work from formulation of hypotheses to communicating actionable insights
Great communication skills, both written and spoken, especially for non-technical audience
Proficient SQL Skills and knowledge of a scripting language (R, Python)
Proactive drive to improve our games and yourself, too
Nice-to-haves
Prior experience working in a live service game team
Experience running and evaluating frequent A/B tests
Relevant background and advanced knowledge of statistics, visualization, programming, or related skills
