Senior RPA Developer

Join our innovative team as a Senior RPA Developer and leverage your extensive experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI technologies, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power BI to drive efficiency and transformation in our business processes. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making and operational agility.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools, AI integration, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Lead the analysis, requirement gathering, and workflow design for automating complex business processes.

• Develop and maintain AI models that enhance the capabilities of RPA solutions.

• Create robust data reports and visualizations using Power BI to inform business decisions.

• Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance automation projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and manage a small team of RPA professionals.

• Conduct ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of automation projects, including troubleshooting and updating existing systems.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in RPA development, with a strong background in using AI tools for automation.

• Strong expertise in Power BI, with experience in creating and optimizing dashboards.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, including the development of complex workflows and automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RPA and AI integration within Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of datasets, data modeling, and database concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Automate actions, triggers, and connectors for building efficient workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Hands on experience with Apache superset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in RPA technologies, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Experience in a leadership role within an automation team.

• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
