Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end presales engagements, from requirement discovery to proposal submission. This role demands a strong strategic mindset, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex, high-value pursuits. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business analysis and presales processes, operates with high independence, and serves as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients.

Reporting To: C-Level Executive (e.g., Chief Commercial Officer / CEO / CTO)
Experience Required: 5+ years.
Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering & Discovery:
Lead strategic discovery workshops to uncover client pain points and capture detailed business requirements. Translate business objectives into structured, actionable documentation for technical and delivery teams.
• Presales & Proposal Ownership:
Take full ownership of the proposal lifecycle — from shaping solution narratives to aligning pricing models and overseeing submission processes. Design value-based, client-centric proposals that directly address the business case.
• POC/Prototype Leadership:
Drive the design, execution, and client delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs), showcasing solution feasibility and creating competitive differentiation.
• Cross-Functional Engagement:
Collaborate extensively with Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to co-create solution architectures and execution plans that are viable, compelling, and aligned with business goals.
• Strategic Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve ambiguities in requirements, address potential delivery gaps early, and align technical capabilities with commercial expectations through stakeholder facilitation and insight-driven recommendations.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Lead junior business analysts and presales associates, reviewing their work, building their capacity, and embedding presales best practices across the function.
• Reporting & Executive Communication:
Deliver concise, data-backed reporting and updates to C-level leadership on deal pipeline, proposal progress, win-loss analysis, and team performance metrics.
