Position Overview:

The Manager, Digital Tools Adoption is an essential part of the digital transformation team at Zones. This role focuses on educating colleagues and customers about Zones' suite of cutting-edge Digital Tools, driving their adoption, and enhancing business efficiency. You will be working within the Zones Digital Innovation Center, a global network of accelerators located in Seattle, New York, and Islamabad. This center brings together "intrapreneurs," business leaders, industry partners, and customers to develop and scale innovative ideas into valuable business solutions. Our mission is to accelerate digital innovation through collaboration and rapid experimentation, delivering connected, integrated, and automated technology solutions to businesses worldwide.

What You Will Do as a Manager Digital Tools Adoption:

Employees employed in the role of Manager Digital Tools Adoption shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

• Develop impactful education materials for Zones employees and customers to ensure the effective use and adoption of each Zones Digital Tool.
• Deliver training sessions for Zones employees and customers, covering tool-specific training, ongoing feature-focused sessions, and ad hoc training as needed.
• Serve as the first line of support for Zones Digital Tools, addressing potential issues as they arise.
• Assist in identifying new requirements and features for Zones Digital Tools, contributing to the enhancement of Zones’ Digital Assistant.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing of new features for each Zones Digital Tool.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, fueling a culture of continuous learning and recognition.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• 5 to 7 years of training and communication experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelors in the relevant field,
• Experience in developing, deploying, and delivering impactful training materials, particularly for software products.
• Proficiency in e-learning training course design and development, with experience using e-learning course development tools (e.g., Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Absorb).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• A solution-driven mindset with the ability to understand the big picture.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or project management (preferred).
• Experience in the IT industry, particularly with major IT manufacturer brands (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused passion.
• Results-driven, metrics-oriented, and proficient in MS Office products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pivot quickly, and demonstrate a high degree of resilience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously with minimal direction.
