Main Activities of the Full Field Technician – System Implementation and Integration

The Full Field Technician will be responsible for the technical execution of the project implementation phase, ensuring that all hardware and software systems are successfully installed, configured, and integrated. Core responsibilities include:

  • On-site Installation and Commissioning: Accompany the installer during physical assembly, installation, cabling, and initial testing of all system components (repeaters, controllers, routers, radiating system, alarms, etc.).
  • Device Configuration and Parameterization: Apply specific configurations and parameters to the equipment, ensuring they are ready for the integration phase.
  • System Integration and Validation: Configure and validate communication between different subsystems and platforms (repeater with Master Site), ensuring interoperability according to the project architecture.
  • Acceptance Tests (Homologation): Conduct and monitor Field Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) with the client, validating the full system operation and resolving any gaps found for final delivery.
  • Diagnosis and Resolution of Implementation Failures: Identify and correct technical, hardware, or network communication failures during the implementation and go-live period.
