What the Role Entails

=========================

1. Proactively learn and gain insights into target market/customer/user needs, familiarize yourself with product and technology business details, and assist in refining brand or business value positioning and marketing strategy planning;

2. Achieve brand building and relevant marketing/sales goals for products/platforms/services through various marketing methods such as branding, creativity, content, channels, and activities, and effectively follow up and manage the entire project cycle under guidance, ensuring project progress and quality;

3. Possess data-driven decision-making thinking, able to optimize marketing strategies through data analysis, and improve marketing reach, influence, and conversion effects. Have an innovative mindset and continuously explore innovative marketing methods and approaches.

Who We Look For

1. Majors in marketing, business management, or related fields are preferred, or a strong interest in marketing, with innovative thinking and keen market insight;

2. Passionate about the internet, familiar with the main development directions and concepts of the internet, and possess keen market awareness;

3. Possess business acumen, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong logical reasoning ability, creative thinking ability, and excellent presentation skills;

4. High sense of responsibility, goal-oriented execution ability, and problem-solving ability. Bonus points or notes: Fluent in English, or proficient in individual minor languages (Korean, Japanese).
