General Managers oversee daily operations of a Domino’s store, providing leadership and supervision over operations. They are accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, profitability, and creating an inclusive environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and maintaining store standards. The role involves recruiting, retaining, and developing employees while adhering to food safety protocols and operating technology systems. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot technology.
Must have:
- One year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
- Understanding and demonstration of basic operations procedures and cost management.
- Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
- Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
