General Operator

I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.-

• Education: Completed secondary education
• Desirable to have worked in Electrical Manufacturing Companies
• Desirable basic computer knowledge and PC use
• Proactive, improvement-oriented
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to adapt to multiple functions
• Flexibility to adapt to multiple functions
• Job stability

II. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.-

• Handling of pneumatic and manual equipment
• Handling of manual and pneumatic assembly machines and tools (impact guns, torque wrenches, keys, etc.)
• Knowledge of the English measurement system
• Experience in handling cranes, hoists, tilters, presses, and ovens
• Desirable experience in ISO 9000 certified companies

III. SKILL REQUIREMENTS.-

• Teamwork skills
• Ability to learn new processes
• Monitoring production programs
• Filling out records
• Work with little supervision
• Proactive, improvement-oriented
• Good oral and written communication
• Flexibility to adapt to multiple functions

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS.-

• Shift work
• Indoor area in an industrial warehouse at ambient temperature and illuminated
• Standing work
• Highly manual activity
• Work in high crane traffic area

V. SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS.-

• Work with heavy parts using cranes, hoists, and tilters
• Work in high production flow areas
• Manual transfer of light parts
• Work with high-temperature parts

VI. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.-

• Fulfillment of production programs.
• Control and administration of reports and records.
• Routine equipment inspections.
• Various manual tasks.
• Monitor existing processes and keep them working properly
• Provide daily autonomous maintenance to machines and equipment in your area
• Filling out records in the traveler sheet
• Maintain your work area clean and organized
