As a Global Compensation Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering equitable compensation programs across a fast-paced tech environment in partnership with our Global Compensation COE. You will advise our business leaders and HR on compensation practices across the global organization, while serving as our primary compensation expert for the Central and Latin America (CALA) countries. Playing a key role in ensuring our pay practices are implemented in a way that is competitive, fair, data-driven, and aligned with the values of our employee experience. This role is focused on compensation delivery and is ideal for a compensation professional who brings both a global lens and deep regional knowledge of the CALA market landscape.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build competitive and equitable offers.
  • Support the global compensation cycle (merit, bonus, promotions).
  • Provide compensation modeling and guidance in high-inflation or volatile economies.
  • Assist in pay equity reviews and help implement transparency strategies.
  • Educate and upskill HRBPs and business leaders on compensation principles, trends, and governance.

Job Details

We are looking for a Global Compensation Business Partner who will:

  • Serve as the compensation subject matter expert for assigned global business units and for CALA countries including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and others.
  • Contribute to global compensation initiatives and projects.
  • Participate in the design and maintenance of compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture in alignment with the company’s global frameworks and local market realities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build competitive and equitable offers in a fast-moving, technical hiring environment.
  • Support the global compensation cycle (merit, bonus, promotions), ensuring an efficient process and seamless experience for managers and employees.
  • Provide compensation modeling and guidance in high-inflation or volatile economies.
  • Assist in pay equity reviews and help implement transparency strategies in line with evolving global expectations and local regulations.
  • Educate and upskill HRBPs and business leaders on compensation principles, trends, and governance.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of compensation experience, including at least 3 years supporting CALA countries in a tech or high-growth global environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of compensation practices and legal frameworks in CALA markets (e.g., statutory bonuses, allowances, salary caps, inflation indexing).
  • Highly collaborative and able to build trusted relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, and with business leaders of various levels.
  • Advanced Excel skills; comfortable building and explaining detailed comp models.
  • Familiarity with compensation tools and survey platforms (e.g., Aon/Radford, Mercer/Comptryx, WTW).
  • Project management skills and the ability to balance competing and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
