Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will report to a Director of Sales, managing customer relationships, following up on purchase orders and contracts, and assisting with CSG registration for local customers. Key responsibilities include supporting the sales team in customer communication, lead generation, responding to RFPs, coordinating trade show participation, scheduling presentations, and maintaining the sales pipeline and forecast in SFDC.
Must have:
  • Manage customer relationship
  • Follow up with customer POs and contracts
  • Register CSG with local customers
  • Help the sales team communicate with customers and internally
  • Provide the sales team cover by following up with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Extend CSG reach by making calls and support to creating leads in existing accounts and new logos
  • Help the sales team to respond to requests for proposals
  • Coordinate efforts with stakeholders to plan CSG participation and meetings in various tradeshows
  • Coordinate with sales and presales team to schedule / facilitate impactful presentations
  • Support sales team by communicating with internal and external partners to create additional opportunities
  • Work with the sales team to build a pipeline for the department of prospective clients
  • Support the sales team to provide an accurate forecast and ensure that all opportunities are logged into SFDC
Good to have:
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT
  • Potential to quickly gain knowledge of the payment industry
  • Strong ability to connect with people and build relationship
  • Ability to assess situations with customers and support to quickly communicate the right messages and help formulate the correct solution
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence customers
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a must
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Potential to thrive in a fast pace, high energy environment
  • Must be able to communicate to internal and external in a clear, concise and understandable manner both verbally and in writing
  • Able to participate and learn analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Most be organized, responsible and reliable
  • Ability to use a personal computer
  • Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the Arabic and English language
  • Able to learn systems quickly and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Job Details

  • Provides the sales team cover by following up with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Help the sales team to respond to requests for proposals
  • Coordinate efforts with stakeholders to plan CSG participation and meetings in various tradeshows to maximize benefit for CSG
  • Coordinate with sales and presales team to schedule / facilitate impactful presentations to existing and potential clients
  • Support sales team by communicating with internal and external partners to create additional opportunities
  • Work with the sales team to build a pipeline for the department of prospective clients to forecast possible sales revenue
  • Support the sales team to provide an accurate forecast and ensure that all opportunities are logged into SFDC

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT
  • Potential to quickly gain knowledge of the payment industry
