Summary

Logitech is seeking a Global Retail Intern to contribute to the development and execution of strategic retail programs. Responsibilities include assisting in developing and executing POS programs, supporting regional teams with Category Management projects, developing agency briefs, overseeing creation of a global POSM toolkit, organizing internal sales events, managing relationships with accounts and regions, maintaining program trackers, analyzing data, updating retail showrooms, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, ideally with prior marketing or sales experience in FMCG, CPG, or Consumer Electronics. Strong analytical skills, passion for trade marketing, and excellent communication skills are essential.

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Channel Intern to join our Global Retail Team. In this exciting role, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic retail programs, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with teams across geographies and functions, enhancing your skills in trade marketing, retail channel management, and cross-functional project execution. As a Retail Channel Intern, you will:

  • Assist the Global Retail Team in developing and executing strategic POS programs.

  • Support regional teams in preparing and elaborating customer Category Management (CatMan) projects, including new implementations and refresh initiatives.

  • Develop agency briefs and oversee the creation of a global POSM toolkit, from concept to production (assets and prototypes).

  • Organize the Internal Global Sales Cups, co-author newsletters, and manage relationships with participating accounts, clusters, and regions.

  • Maintain the Global Retail POS programs tracker, monitor results, analyze data, and provide follow-up support to regions.

  • Update the Retail POS Showroom with all new POSM prototypes.

  • Animate the Wegrow best practice sharing platform, maintaining relationships with agencies and regional teams.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the Retail Team as needed.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Marketing, or Advertising.

  • Ideally, prior experience in marketing (e.g., Marketing/Brand Management/Trade Marketing Assistant) or sales (e.g., Field Force, Sales Development) within the FMCG, CPG, or Consumer Electronics industries.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with an ability to interpret and act on data.

  • Passion for trade marketing and retail channel management.

  • Proactive and confident self-starter with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a strong ability to work in multicultural and multifunctional environments.

  • Curious, autonomous, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Fluent in English.
