We’re looking for a growth & marketing working student to help organize events, create content and execute go-to-market strategies!
We are an independent Hamburg-based company, financially backed back by the applike group, Europe’s leading app growth platform, and Bertelsmann, #1 media powerhouse in Europe (20bn € revenue). Further, we are affiliated with four “sister” ventures, each of which is active in an ancillary market and a leader in their respective field (mobile adtech, mobile gaming, play2earn and automation in mobile User Acquisition). Access to their data, expert knowledge and resources provides us with our unfair competitive advantage. This makes us uniquely positioned in this market, to build a winning hyper growth company. Finally, we have excellent support in all Hiring, HR, and Financial topics, meaning we as a team can fully focus on all core activities to build our business: Product and Growth.
What you will do:
- Become a full member of a highly motivated team and play a critical role in our go-to-market efforts, including crafting personalized outreach to global brands, and ensuring impactful engagement
- Support critical sales projects, including event organization, promotional campaigns, and follow-ups
- Provide research support to inform and guide our strategic decisions and approaches
- Translate market and customer trends into relevant measures and initiatives
- Develop engaging content for our social platforms to attract and maintain customer interest
- Contribute to enhancing Tabbler's market identity through targeted PR and branding initiatives
- Assist in crafting and refining persuasive customer presentations
Who you are:
- You're currently enrolled in studies in marketing, business, or a related field, with at least 6 months left
- You have already acquired some initial work experience
- You excel in communication and teamwork, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Your organizational skills are top-notch, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- You have a strong interest in marketing, growth hacking, and sales, with a drive to learn and experiment
- You are reliable, diligent, and proactive, enjoying autonomy and taking ownership of your work
- Fluent in both German and English (at least C1 level)
- (Good to have): Experience in event organization and social media content creation
