Duties also include assisting with group ticketing operations and cash handling. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), possesses strong communication and customer service skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to work across different resort locations, including outdoor areas.
