Job Description

As the Head of Account Management, you will oversee the strategic direction of our Pharma Accounts and their projects, ensuring service delivery to the satisfaction of our customers. You will also be part of the extended management team and develop the company strategy. You will be responsible for developing strategies and objectives for account management and operations functions on a quarterly and annual basis. You will lead and develop the team to optimize customer relationships, and develop all employees with your pharmaceutical expertise in dealing with customers. You will also build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets. You will also be involved in coordinating and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, and analyzing market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Must have:
  • Completed master's degree, preferably in economics or digital focus
  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership
  • Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Very good English language skills

Der Head of Account Management (m/w/d) übersiehst du die strategische Ausrichtung unserer Pharma Accounts und deren Projekten, inklusive Sicherstellung der Leistungserbringung zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kundinnen und Kunden. Dabei entscheidest du, wo du arbeitest: Deutschlandweit aus dem Homeoffice, an einem unserer Standorte in Konstanz bzw. München oder eine hybride Mischung.
DAS ERWARTET DICH
  • Du bist Teil des erweiterten Managementeams und entwickelst dabei auch die Company Strategie mit
  • Du entwickelst auf Quartals- und Jahresebene die Strategie und Ziele für das Account Management und die entsprechenden Operations Funktionen
  • Du leitest und entwickelst des Teams, um die Kundenbeziehungen zu optimieren und alle Mitarbeitenden mit Deiner Pharmakompetenz im Umgang mit den Kunden weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Strategien zur Kundenbindung und -erweiterung.
  • Du baust und pflegst langfristiger Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kunden.
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Umsatz- und Profitabilitätsziele mit
  • Die Koordination und Überwachung von Projekten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie termingerecht und im Budgetrahmen abgeschlossen werden gehört auch zu Deinen Aufgaben
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten, um Chancen und Risiken zu identifizieren ist für Dich eine wichtige Grundlage
  • Als Stakeholder arbeitest Du an verschiedenen Themenfeldern wie z.B. Produktentwicklung und -implementierung mit und vertrittst hier die Pharmaperspektive 
  • Du bist mit deinem Team für die Dir verantworteten Produkte und deren Prozesse verantwortlich  
  • Du analysierst regelmäßig die KPIs deines Teams und der Produkte um bessere Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen und die Auswirkungen von Produktänderungen zu messen
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium vorzugsweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem oder digitalem Schwerpunkt
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Pharmaumfeld (Pharmaunternehmen oder Pharmadienstleister) mit
  • Dabei hast Du bereits mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Teams gesammelt 
  • Du hast Lust im agilen Umfeld und in crossfunktionalen Teams zu arbeiten
  • Außerdem bringst du ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit
