Job Description

Room 8 Group is seeking a Change Manager to ensure major transformation initiatives achieve desired outcomes by driving adoption and enabling lasting change. The Change Manager will lead change management efforts, support process analysis and redesign, and execute clear and effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and executing change management strategies, conducting impact assessments, designing change plans, creating and implementing communication strategies, acting as a liaison between teams, coordinating messaging, defining training needs, providing coaching, defining and tracking metrics, identifying resistance, and collaborating to analyze and improve processes.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with project and process management tools and methodologies.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in Change Management.
  • Understanding of process management, including mapping, analysis, and optimization.
  • Experience in designing and implementing change strategies using recognized frameworks.
  • Certification in Change Management.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Room 8 Group is looking for a Change Manager to ensure R8G’s major transformation initiatives achieve desired outcomes by driving adoption and enabling lasting change. This role focuses on the people and process side of change—helping teams navigate new workflows, tools, and ways of working. As a Change Manager, you will lead change management efforts, support process analysis and redesign, and execute clear and effective communication strategies to engage and align stakeholders.

Superpowers you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or related roles.
  • Understanding of process management, including process mapping, analysis, and optimization.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing change strategies using recognized frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).

  • Certification in Change Management, such as Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from ACMP, etc.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with project and process management tools and methodologiesis.

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

  • Develop and execute structured change management strategies for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.
  • Design change plans that minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
  • Create and implement communication strategies to inform, involve, and inspire employees throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring feedback loops are active and concerns are addressed.
  • Closely collaborate with the Internal Comms team.
  • Coordinate messaging across channels and stakeholders to maintain alignment and clarity.
  • Define training needs related to process and system changes.
  • Partner with the L&D team to design and deliver appropriate enablement materials.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders in their role as change champions.
  • Define and track change adoption and success metrics.
  • Identify resistance and develop targeted strategies to address it.
  • Reinforce new behaviors and support teams through post-go-live transitions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the redesign of processes to align with strategic goals and transformation efforts.
  • Ensure that process changes are well-communicated, understood, and adopted by the relevant team.
