What will you do at SuperPlay?

As SuperPlay’s first , you will have a unique opportunity to build and lead the legal team and infrastructure and become a key strategic partner to SuperPlay’s leadership team.

You will thrive in this role if you’re passionate about tech and innovation, eager to work cross-functionally, and enjoy advising on diverse and challenging legal and regulatory matters globally.

• Be the go-to legal advisor for SuperPlay’s leadership, business teams, studios, and global operations.
• Partner closely with Playtika’s legal team to ensure strategic alignment, consistency, and compliance across both organizations.
• Develop and implement internal legal processes
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology-related agreements with international vendors and partners (including licensing, SaaS, marketing, consulting, outsourcing, and more).
• Build and manage an internal team of advocates
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to our industry and proactively guide the business.
• Support cross-functional projects and decision-making processes involving legal aspects.

Who are you?

• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a leading Israeli law firm (Hi-Tech / Commercial / International department) AND/OR in-house legal experience at a global tech company, with proven managerial skills and experience.
• Strong commercial contracts background with the ability to independently handle a variety of agreements.
• Excellent business judgment, with the ability to balance legal risk with business needs.
• Native or near-native English – spoken and written (the role is fully conducted in English).
• Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of legal workstreams.
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

You get bonus points for:

• Experience working in the gaming, mobile apps, or consumer tech industries.
• Familiarity with open-source licensing, AI-related legal considerations, and privacy regulations.
• Previous experience collaborating with international legal and business teams.
• Background in building legal infrastructure from the ground up.
