Job Description

Meetic, a Match Group company, is seeking a Head of Online Marketing to define and execute high-impact user acquisition and digital branding strategies. The role involves driving scale, revenue growth, and brand resonance across markets. Key responsibilities include owning and driving user acquisition through scalable, performance-focused strategies, leading digital branding and influencer amplification campaigns, managing and mentoring a team of three, championing channel innovation, and delivering performance reports and insights. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-funnel digital marketing experience, a passion for media planning, strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with campaign tools, and fluency in English.

As part of Match Group, we manage a diverse portfolio of brands, from iconic names like Meetic, Match, Lexa, and LoveScout to tailored experiences for singles over 50, OurTime, DisonsDemain, Zweizam, and single parents, Even and Stir. 

Our teams design, build, and scale platforms across 20+ countries and 18 languages, ensuring every single finds the right match for their lifestyle and lifestages. We also drive growth for other Match Group brands like The League, OkCupid, Archer, Salams, and Plenty Of Fish, expanding our impact worldwide.

In this role, you will define and execute high-impact user acquisition and digital branding strategies that drive scale, revenue growth, and brand resonance across markets.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days / week in our office, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris.

How you’ll make an impact:

    • Own and drive user acquisition: build scalable, performance-focused UA strategies that are optimized across platforms, audiences, and funnel stages to drive sustainable revenue growth.
    • Lead digital branding & influencer amplification: work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute innovative digital branding and influencer campaigns that elevate brand presence and drive qualified user traffic.
    • Team leadership: manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 direct reports, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and excellence.
    • Champion channel innovation: say ahead of digital trends and channel innovations, bringing fresh insights and thought leadership into team brainstorms, strategic planning, and campaign execution.
    • Performance reporting & insights: deliver timely, actionable reporting and insights on performance on a regular basis.

    • You bring 5+ years of full-funnel digital marketing experience, spanning user acquisition and digital branding across major platforms.
    • You’re genuinely passionate about media and media planning, with a deep curiosity for what drives performance and brand impact.
    • You’re analytically sharp — confident with numbers, fluent in Excel and Slides, and capable of translating data into actionable insights and clear next steps.
    • You have hands-on experience with key campaign tools, from creative testing and tracking software to TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, and affiliate networks.
    • You’re autonomous, reliable, and transparent in your communication — and flexible enough to adapt as business needs evolve.
    • You speak fluent English and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.

Interview process:

    • A first 30-45 min Zoom conversation with Guillaume (Recruiter)
    • A 60 min onsite meeting with Nonna (Sr. Director Media & Measurement Europe)
    • An onsite live case study with Nonna and Bastien (Director Online Marketing, Meetic)
    • A 60 min Zoom interview with Margaret (SVP, Media and Measurement) & Jamie (Sr. Director, Marketing)
    • A final Zoom 30 min Zoom interview with Céline (People team)
