Job Details

We’re looking for a bold, empathetic leader to join us as Head of People & Culture — someone who can shape the big picture and get things done. You'll own our people strategy end-to-end: driving performance, growing culture, and challenging what doesn't work. This is a key leadership role with real impact — not just to support the business, but to help shape it.

🎯 What You’ll Own

  • People Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the long-term People strategy aligned with company goals, ensuring a scalable, high-performance culture.
  • Recruitment & Employer Brand: Oversee and strengthen recruitment operations, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent across functions.
  • Motivation & Engagement: Systematically understand what drives motivation and satisfaction at all levels; design and implement initiatives that build ownership and drive.
  • Performance & Culture: Build a culture of accountability and learning. Champion performance review cycles, feedback processes, and development frameworks that are fair, motivating, and consistent.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure all policies, contracts, and practices are legally compliant and operationally efficient. Streamline workflows and support local/global HR processes.
  • Communication & Internal Visibility: Improve visibility into business decisions and company-wide alignment. Lead internal communications and ensure transparency between teams and leadership.
  • Leadership Development: Support the leadership team with coaching, structure, and talent planning. Help managers grow into true leaders and build resilient, high-performing teams.
  • Flight Risk & Retention: Anticipate turnover risks, flag early signals, and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Org Health & Listening: Build mechanisms to objectively track the "temperature" of the company — employee surveys, pulse checks, and real-time feedback loops.

🤝 What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience across core People functions — including recruitment, engagement, HR operations, and leadership support
  • At least 2–3 years in a senior or standalone People/HR role, owning both strategy and delivery
  • A track record of leading through ambiguity or change — ideally in a startup, gaming, or tech-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of performance management, motivation drivers, and leadership development frameworks
  • Confidence to challenge what isn’t working, paired with the emotional intelligence to engage others with empathy
  • A passion for building clear communication, psychological safety, and high-performance culture — not as buzzwords, but as lived daily experiences

💚 What We Offer in Return

  • A real leadership seat at the table — you’ll shape the company, not just support it
  • The chance to drive meaningful change and rebuild a culture that puts people at the center
  • A high level of autonomy and trust, with the space to challenge how things are done and implement your own ideas
  • An international, talented, and passionate team that’s open to feedback and hungry for better ways of working
  • Flexibility in how and where you work — we’re a hybrid company that values ownership over hours
  • And most importantly: a company that’s ready for someone like you — not to maintain the status quo, but to help us transform it
