To lead and scale all pay-per-click advertising efforts across multiple platforms and markets, ensuring efficient customer acquisition at optimal cost. This role is critical to unlocking new growth, maximizing ROI, and driving strategic alignment across PPC channels.
Your EDGE assignment/You will:
- PPC Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage the end-to-end PPC strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and others.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve target CAC, ROAS, and LTV benchmarks.
- Performance Optimization
- Execute testing strategies including A/B testing, multivariate tests, and audience segmentation to improve CTR, CVR, etc.
- Utilize advanced bid strategies and audience targeting techniques.
- Budget & Forecasting
- Oversee budget allocation, spend efficiency, and forecasting across all PPC initiatives.
- Deliver timely performance reports with actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and performance goals.
- Provide insights to support cross-channel marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of PPC specialists, fostering a data-driven and results-oriented culture.
- Drive continuous learning and upskilling within the team.
Are you the one?
- Experience & Expertise
- 4–6+ years of experience in PPC and performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, and retargeting platforms.
- Experience working with PPC analytics tools, tracking pixels, and attribution models.
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, LTV).
- Skilled in using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Experience with testing frameworks and landing page optimization.
- Leadership & Communication
- Demonstrated experience managing a team or external PPC agencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic Thinking
- Ability to link PPC activities to broader business objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset.
