Job Description

About The Role

This role is very important in PPGR. one of the main roles is regulatory mapping, regulatory analysis, making advocacy briefs for leaders. in addition, talent must also navigate issues around ecommerce, food, data, taxes, business competition, in various stakeholders such as: Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Communication and Information, BSSN, KPPU, law enforcement officers, taxes, ecommerce associations etc.

The impact on the person for 6 months will be evaluated and will be monitored in navigating and leading the function.

What You Will Do

Leading advocacy in relation to technology and data privacy issues
Leading the company’s collaborations on artificial intelligence with government and non-government stakeholders
Representing the company in relevant trade associations
Leading privacy awareness program and digital security initiatives

What This Role Needs

Bachelor’s degree in preferably Law or Politics, International Relations, Economics or Social Sciences from a reputable university; Master’s degree in related fields is an advantage
At least eight years in a managerial role within public policy and government relations, especially in the areas of technology and data privacy
Established network among government stakeholders with a proven impact on policy decisions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and independent project management capabilities
