The Trainer Lead will design, implement, and manage training programs aligned with business objectives and employee development.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
  • Ability to drive changes and keep people motivated.
  • Proactive, team player, and strong can-do attitude.

About the Role

In this role, Trainer Lead will be responsible to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that align with our business objectives and support employee development.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain detailed training materials, including manuals, user guides, and online resources, tailored to various audience levels.
  • Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, mainly for internal teams.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, and interactive workshops.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and use it to improve future training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to trainees post-training.
  • Work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to address any training-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve business goals
  • Incorporate new training methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; majoring in Business, Economics, or relevant fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product training or related role within the tech industry. Has proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, has ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and audiences.
  • Ability to drive changes successfully and to keep people motivated in a highly changing environment
  • Proactive, ability to work in a team, and a strong can do attitude.
